Manufacture

Our company provides complete service in manufacturing new components as well as assembly. We use CNC machinery throughout the manufacture of the new product and we can also offer grinding, quenching and tempering services provided by external suppliers.

Product Manufacture

We manufacture spare parts for machinery and equipment based on our measurements and our own manufacturing documentation in both 2D and 3D.

We work with foundries that make castings from grey and malleable cast iron based on models of equipment that we have designed for clients. New orders are completed according to supplied designs or models. We prepare technological processes and CNC programs.

We also produce models of equipment based on a casting sample from the client. We can also offer 3D scans and 3D plastic prints of models.

We use an external supplier for CNC manufacturing on 3 axis machine tools. We also provide 3D measurement of machined components including protocols on the 3D coordinate measuring machine Crysta Apex by Mitutoyo. We are certified for accurate measuring on 3D touch equipment.

We have been trained and certified for programming in EdgeCAM.
